If your Galaxy S 3 keeps freezing, you’ve forgotten the security codes or it just doesn’t work, take it back to factory settings
Switch your phone off by pushing and holding the power button
hold down the Power, Volume Up and Menu buttons at the same time for approximately 10 seconds. You can release the buttons when the Android logo appears on the screen. You should then see the unlock/reset menu
select Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
Select Yes - Delete All User Data
Select Reboot System Now.
