Method 1 :

1. http://ragemasta.com/down/iPhone4_Hacktivate_Tool.exe
2. Open iPhone4_Hacktivate_Tool
   
3. Put your iphone4 into DFU mode
   
4. Press Button 1 to run the ssh_rd tool
   
5. Wait until ssh_rd tool is done
   
6. Run number 2 to mount your devices filesystem
   
7. Now run number 3 to copy the needed files over to hacktivate your iphone 4
   
8. Your device will reboot and go into restore mode
   
9. Press the exit recovery button

How To

1. Put device into DFU mode
2. Run ssh.jar wait until it says successful
3. Open winSCP
4. Open a new connection Host name 127.0.0.1 port 2022 login root pass alpine
5. Press the little terminal windows in winSCP type mount.sh
6. Now we need to delete the setup.app 6a. Just go to /mnt1/var/Applications Then click right and delete setup.app 6b. If you only need to bypass activation you can now reboot and are done NOTE : Your device will now be in recovery mode Use tinyUmbrelle to kick it out of recovery.
7. To hacktivate (Still in BETA) or unlock iCloud On the device side go to / root
8. now just copy over the contents of bypsss 3,1 3,2 3,3 over
9. reboot
10. Your device will now be in recovery mode Use tinyUmbrella to kick it out of recovery

 Even though Google has enabled my account, they will NOT allow this video. I will find another source to post this video and make it available as soon as possible.
Here it is people, the video and tutorial of the complete iCloud activation bypass. This works as long as you follow all of my directions and have the correct files which I will provide. I know many doubted but here is partial proof in the pudding, you can follow this tutorial now and bring your iPhone back to life.
The greatest thing of all here is that you can add your own iCloud credentials and totally reclaim the iPhone as yours. In addition, iTunes detects the phone as activated and so does evasi0n which means you can also jailbreak your device freely.

1. Put device into DFU mode

8. Password: alpine
9. Press the terminal button in winSCP and type: mount.sh
10. Go to /mnt1/var/Applications and right click and delete setup.app
11. To activate your device and have it work with your mobile carrier, iTunes and Evasi0n copy the supplied files into the specified folders in the video.
12. Reboot your device
13. Your device will now be in recovery mode, Use Tiny Umbrella to kick it out of recovery as specified in the video.
